At Sal's Kitchen, when we speak of Mexican food we are not referring to such foods as burritos, tacos, and tostadas- The typical dishes served at places like Chipotle, Taco Bell and other fast-food restaurants. Although we prepare these food fares like no one else, it is not our focus.
